1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or subscribing to Beat That Test (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Description of Educational Service

Beat That Test provides digital SAT practice assessments, pedagogical masterclass solutions, time-pacing analytics, error reflection logs, and parent progress reporting. All content is engineered for instructional diagnostic practice.

3. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, & Billing

Beat That Test offers both free tier practice (with daily usage limits) and paid Full Access subscriptions (monthly and annual plans). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our secure payment processor, Stripe.

• Monthly Full Access ($50/month): Automatically renews each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid subscription.
• Annual Full Access ($300/year): Automatically renews annually on the anniversary date of your paid subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it via the self-service Billing Portal or by contacting support.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect on future renewals:

• Self-Service Cancellation:Active subscribers can cancel anytime by clicking “Manage Subscription & Invoices” in the Account modal to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Access Continuation: Upon cancellation, your access remains fully active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again.
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are a first-time subscriber and are unsatisfied with the platform for any reason, email tutoring@beatthattest.com within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase for a full 100% refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Beat That Test implements immutable student attempt logging to safeguard your study history against data loss.
