• Account Credentials: Name, email address, and encrypted authentication tokens.
• Study & Performance Data: Questions attempted, answers selected, time spent per question, mastery classifications, and error reflection notes.
• Parent Contact Data: Optional parent email addresses provided for receiving automated weekly progress digests.

3. Payment Information Security

All financial transactions and subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Beat That Test never sees, transmits, or stores full credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details on our servers.

4. Zero Sale of Student Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize student personal data or performance records to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers under any circumstances. Student data is utilized exclusively for educational assessment and score improvement analytics.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We utilize browser localStorage strictly to store your active session state, theme preferences, and offline question attempt caching. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for targeted advertising.

6. Data Retention & Right to Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request an export of your study history or request permanent deletion of your account and associated records at any time by emailing privacy@beatthattest.com.
